Reviews and Ratings
Staying in one of their gorgeous 5th-floor suites was more than expected - beautiful and renovated rooms, although there was a funny smell. The service, though lacking apologies or explanations, can be rated high. The location is unbeatable within walking distance to downtown. Dining was a downside as we had to go across the street for some options.
My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The location is superb, directly across from the Historic Davenport, making it convenient for exploring everything in the heart of downtown. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated, offering a serene retreat from the bustling city. However, the lack of proper apology or explanation for a maintenance issue during my stay was a drawback. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the incident left me feeling a bit disappointed.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were very clean and quiet with super comfy beds, they were disappointingly tiny, not even shown on the website. The service was wonderful, especially the attentive young men who swiftly fetched our car from valet. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of town, walking distance to attractions like the Historic Davenport and the Post Street Alehouse. However, the dining options were limited and a bit pricey, and the pool wasn't on-site, requiring a walk across the street.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and tall windows, making them feel even bigger. The service was top-notch, and the location was superb right downtown. However, the dining options left something to be desired.
The hotel has spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, offering great comfort, but lacks a microwave and refrigerator which are common nowadays. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, with basic housekeeping services. Its location directly across from the Historic Davenport makes it convenient for exploring downtown and visiting nearby attractions. The dining options are somewhat limited and may require walking across the street. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel's location is superb, directly across from the Historic Davenport, making it convenient to explore the area attractions easily. The rooms are comfortable with high ceilings that create a spacious feel, but they are on the smaller side compared to what may appear on the website. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff eager to assist. However, dining options come at a premium, and additional facilities like the pool may require a short walk across the street.
